Speculaas smoothie

Are you in a hurry in the morning and have little time to have a relaxing breakfast? Then a smoothie is an ideal solution. And did you know that you can even incorporate speculaas into your smoothie? With this recipe you can make a delicious and healthy smoothie with a spicy twist in no time!


  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 150 ml (plant-based) yoghurt
  • 150 ml soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons speculaas paste
  • Fresh berries
  1. Peel the banana and cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh into the blender. 
  1. Add the yogurt and soy milk and blend until smooth. 
  1. Add the speculaas paste and blend again in the blender. 
  1. Pour the smoothie into a glass or a to-go cup and garnish with the fresh berries. Not to forget: enjoy your speculaas smoothie! 

This smoothie is not only suitable for breakfast, but also delicious as a snack. Feel free to make a large portion and keep the rest in the fridge for later in the day. This way you can always enjoy a healthy snack with a spicy kick!
