- 250 ml fresh whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons fine granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons speculaas paste
- Chocolate rasp for over the whipped cream
- A few speculaas cookies
Requirements
- Whip the whipping cream and sugar.
- When the whipped cream is firm, add the speculaas paste.
- Put the cream in a small glass.
- Grate some of your favorite chocolate over the glasses.
- Cut off sharp pieces of the speculaas cookies and stick them in the glasses.
- Hand out the delicious desserts!
