Robust pie crust

Making a tasty pie crust has never been easier! In fact, you only need a few speculaas cookies (and some butter) to make a delicious, crispy bottom. A perfect recipe for a beginner (pie) baker.

    Requirements

  • Mincer

  • Springform
  • De Ruiters Speculaas
  • Margarine
  • Parchment paper
  • Spoon
  1. Put some cookies in a mincer and mix the crumbs with a little melted margarine.
  1. Clamp the parchment paper between your springform pan and spoon the crumb mixture into the pan.
  1. Press it down firmly with the rounded side of the spoon.

For best results, let the bottom rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. Tada! At least this way the base is good.
