Speculaas chocolate delight 

A delicious drink, perfect for the December month! A chocolate milk, with a hint of speculaas. To be enjoyed!


  • 350 ml (plant-based) milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon De Ruiter’s speculaas paste
  • Whipped cream
  • 2 De Ruiter's speculaas cookies to eat alongside
  1. Heat the milk in a small pan or in the microwave. 
  1. Scoop the chocolate milk powder into the milk and stir well, then add the spoonful of speculaas and stir well again. 
  1. Pour this (if you prepared the chocolate milk in a pan) into a fine mug or glass. 
  1. Pipe a generous dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with speculaas paste and crumbs.
