- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 4 speculaas cookies
- Heatproof bowl
- Spatula
- Parchment paper
Benodigdheden
- Break the speculaas into small pieces and place them on a sheet of baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain marie or in the microwave. Stir regularly until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pieces of speculaas on the baking sheet. Make sure the speculaas pieces are completely covered with chocolate.
- Allow the speculaas rotsjes to set in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Remove the speculaas rotsjes from the refrigerator and carefully break them into pieces.
